Our Drivers play an integral role in accomplishing our goal of providing the best customer service in the business. We expect and value their input regarding route planning and delivery issues.

Asian Foods provides drivers with casual uniforms and well-maintained vehicles. Most of our delivery fleet is owned equipment less than three years old. The job requires two-wheeler deliveries of product from our trucks into our customers' restaurants. Individual products can weigh up to 100 pounds. Each driver is equipped with a lightweight, top-of-the-line two-wheeler, which is maintained by an on-site supervisor.

Many of our drivers are on our "Activity Based Compensation" plan, which ties their pay directly to miles driven, pieces delivered and other tasks performed, and allows them to achieve a higher effective per-hour pay rate for a higher productivity level. Bonus incentives include annual rewards for incident-free and accident-free performance.

Full-time hours are available for three, four or five days per week schedules.
